Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions Cancellations and changes must be lodged by 4pm 48 hours to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less then 48hrs will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1 night's accommodation. Event and holiday periods will incur a cancellation charge of the full amount of the entire stay. Charges are subject to the availability of rooms and the tariff may be subject to change.
A $50.00 pre-authorisation on a valid credit card is required on check in as a guarantee for any additional room charges.
With consideration for all guests Quest Bendigo administers a strict NO Party policy. A one bedroom apartment has a maximum of 2 guests a two bedroom apartment has a maximum of 4 guests and a three bedroom apartment has a maximum of 6 guests. Apartments with an extra bed booked can have one additional guest. Upon request to reception an extra two visitors to the apartment are permitted until 9.00pm only.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and eviction from the property without refund.
